Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details you give us (email address, name, language preference), billing records created by our payment processor, and product activity needed to run the service: prompts, generation settings, outputs, credit ledger entries and basic device information such as browser type and approximate region.

How we use it

To operate your account, run generations, meter credits, prevent abuse, and send transactional email such as receipts and security notices. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your prompts or outputs to advertise to you.

Prompts and outputs

Your prompts and each job's settings are kept as records so you have a history and we can bill you correctly — that history stores only metadata (prompt, model, status, timestamps), never the media itself. Generated images and videos are delivered to your AI client to save, and are hosted by Figgshield for up to 7 days on a content-delivery link (cdn.figgshield.ai), after which they are permanently deleted and can't be retrieved from Figgshield. Reference images you provide are processed in memory and never stored. We do not train models on your content.

Model providers

To fulfil a generation, your prompt and settings are sent to the provider that hosts the model you chose (for example Google for Nano Banana 2, or the platform serving Kling). Providers process this data under their own terms; we send only what is needed to run the job, never your identity or billing details.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we keep only the subscription state, invoices and the minimum records required for tax and accounting.

Cookies and local storage

The app uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. This website sets no tracking cookies; it stores only your language choice in your browser's local storage.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists; generated media is not kept long — Figgshield hosts it for up to 7 days on a content-delivery link (cdn.figgshield.ai) after a job runs, then permanently deletes it, after which it can't be retrieved. Each link is an unguessable, unlisted address, so anyone you share it with can open the media until it expires. We keep no durable media library; your generation history stores only metadata (prompt, model, status, timestamps). If you close your account, your personal data and generation records are deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from the app's settings, or by writing to us. Where local law grants further rights (GDPR, CCPA and similar), we honour them.

Affiliate program data

If you join our affiliate program, we record referral activity so we can credit your commissions. When someone follows your referral link we store the referral code in a cookie in their browser, and if they later create an account we capture that code at sign-up as the referring affiliate. Attribution is first-touch: the first affiliate code we see is the one credited, and it is not changed afterwards. We use this data only to attribute referrals and calculate commissions. Your payout identity and banking details are collected and held by Stripe, our payout processor, under Stripe Connect — not by us. Referral cookies expire within 90 days; attribution records tied to a subscription are kept for as long as the account exists and then for the period our accounting and tax obligations require.
